- Any items showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery

 

Refunds

 

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

 

Exchanges

 

- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Return Shipping

 

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
